Bella’s Polish Independence Dinner – One night only!

Chef Bella, comes from a long line of Polish female chefs, the first being her great grandmother Rozalia who cooked at a presbytery in a small town, not far from Warsaw Poland. ‘You could always taste the love in her food’ say’s Bella, and she passed on her skills to Bella’s grandmother, Ula, who was a diplomatic caterer. Eventually the family tradition lying with Bella and her 3 sisters, and hopefully with their children to come.
