Steve Kilbey, songwriter and front man of Iconic Australian band, The Church, performs at Tallagandra Hill Winery on Sunday 21 February – supported by Canberra local favourites, Woodface.
Steve returns to his old stomping ground in the Canberra Region for the first time in seven years for an acoustic afternoon where he revisits the first two albums by the Church – Of Skins and Hearts and The Blurred Crusade.
This is a special opportunity to see one of Canberra’s favourite sons up close and personal, sharing his extraordinary music journey.
Woodface will kick this off with their blend of Aussie classics and original numbers.
A range of Tallagandra Hill wines, local beers and cheese snack boxes will be available to purchase at the bar.
Bookings are invited for groups of 4 plus (max 30 in one booking) only because of seating requirements (due to COVID restrictions). Car-pooling is encouraged.
Doors open at 3.30pm (not before) with bands on stage at 4pm. Venue closed at 6.45pm.
This event is part of Tallagandra Hill’s We Love Local Festival, supporting local artists and producers.Back to listing
