2016 ViognierBest Drinking

The 2016 Viognier displays typical varietal notes of Apricot and Lychee.
The fruit was divided into parcels then fermented in both French oak and stainless tanks. The batches were then blended to produce a wine with subtle oak and fresh fruit flavours. It is designed to impress discerning guests who are looking for a white wine with more character and sophistication on the palate. Serve slightly chilled. 12.7% ALC/VOL
2014 Aureate RieslingBest Drinking
Now to 2018
The 2014 Aureate Riesling shows rich sweet flavours of dried apricots and marmalade with a crisp acid finish.
Lighter-bodied than most desert wines It can either be enjoyed as an aperitif or with your favourite deserts. This wine can be enjoyed while young or can be carefully cellared for 6 to 8 years to develop further complexity. Serve slightly chilled. 12.5% ALC/VOL
2014 Shiraz and Cabernet Franc BlendBest Drinking
2016 to 2022
The 2014 “9 Barrels” is a blend of 75% Shiraz and 25% Cabernet Franc.
Elegant berry fruit flavours of the Cabernet Franc compliment well the spice and pepper flavours of the Shiraz. Though being a big red with distinctive flavours, it is also soft on the palate and is often described as an “easy to drink” red wine. The perfect accompaniment for a rich pasta dish. 12.5% ALC/VOL
