Booking Terms & Conditions

In order to secure your booking we require a deposit payment of 100% for your booking.


Bookings cancelled outside 14 days of your stay will be refunded in full. Bookings are non-refundable if cancelled less than 14 days prior to the day of check in. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes to their travel plans.

Cancellations Due to Extenuating Circumstances

In the unlikely event that adverse weather conditions or extenuating circumstances beyond our control prevent our ability to provide safe services to our guests we reserve the right to amend reservations. In such an event we will offer alternative accommodation or offer guests the opportunity to amend the date of stay to a suitable alternative. We will be unable to make any refunds, pay you any compensation or meet any costs or expenses you incur as a result. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place to cover any such eventuality.  ?


The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation. Any guests over the maximum capacity will be asked to vacate the premises and additional guests over and above that stated in the booking may incur additional charges.


To protect the experience of all our guests we do not permit non-residents on the property.


We operate a strict no pets policy in the cottages.

Security Deposit / Card on File

We ask for a valid credit card upon booking and by making the booking you are authorising us to charge this card to cover any charges added to your room, or damage to the property.


For privacy reasons, the flying of drones is banned in our property.
